Free tickets to see Martina!

Some great news here for fans in the New York City/tri-state area. Martina will be appearing on Quite Frankly with Stephen A. Smith, a sports talk show on ESPN2, live, on Monday, April 3, at 4:00 p.m. The studio is located in the heart of New York City, across the street from Madison Square Garden.

The audience producer of the show has been generous enough to offer all interested Martina fans FREE tickets to attend the show! If any of you are interested and would like to attend, please e-mail me and I will send you the contact information.

Also, don't forget Martina's appearance the same day at the New York Times' TimesTalks event.

I went to see Martina at ESPN2 Stephen A Smith "Quite Frankly." It was really nice to see Martina because she is such a great champion. But the show was so 1980's concentrating on her life 25 years ago including her sexual orientation. To me, enough is enough and we all know and it's not big news anymore. So, the show was basically a rerun. But I did have the opportunity to listen to Martina on NPR public radio on the way into the city and it was really good. I thought to myself all the way in that she should have her own talk radio show because she was inspirational, informative, and opinionated. All the things people would listen to sitting in traffic. Maybe someone should suggest it to her.
